Account Rules
Account Ownership
Accounts are tied to the email address used during registration. Only the email holder is considered the rightful owner.
Account Security & Loss
If your account is compromised due to sharing or unsafe practices (e.g. keyloggers), we cannot guarantee item restoration. Recovery is only possible via the registered email.
Admin Access
Administrators may access accounts during investigations without prior notice. Only official admins have this right. Never share personal information, even with someone claiming to be staff.
Multiple Accounts
You may use multiple accounts within the same faction.
Dual logging is permitted only for shop or buff characters in safe zones.
Abuse of this rule may lead to account restrictions.
Faction exceptions must be pre-approved by the staff.
Account Sharing
Sharing your account with others is strictly forbidden.
Login Information
Do not use the same login details you’ve used on other servers. This helps protect you from targeted hacking attempts.
Dual-IP Usage
You may play with friends, family, or partners under the same IP. However, if suspicious behavior is detected (e.g. in PvP or boss hunts), both accounts may be temporarily banned until proof of separate users is provided.
Computer Shop Owners
You are fully responsible for ensuring all users follow the rules. IP bans from such locations will not be lifted under any circumstances.
Community Conduct Guidelines
Staff Impersonation
Impersonating a Game Master or staff member is strictly prohibited. Official staff will never ask for your login information.
Staff characters have a colored name tag labeled “Staff Member” or “Game Master.”
Report impersonators or unofficial links immediately.
Offensive Language
Inappropriate language, slurs, or insults are not allowed—this includes character names. Staff reserves the right to rename characters without warning.
Discrimination
Racism, hate speech, or any form of xenophobia is not tolerated anywhere in the community.
Respect Toward Staff
All players must remain respectful when interacting with staff. Disrupting events, spreading misinformation, or being disrespectful may lead to sanctions.
Concerns about staff behavior should be submitted via the Discord Report a Staff ticket. Only Admins can view these reports.
Respect Toward Other Players
Harassment, false accusations, and rumor-spreading are prohibited. Document any incidents with screenshots and report them via Discord.
Advertising
Advertising other servers, services, or products is not allowed. Sharing malicious links (e.g. keyloggers) is strictly prohibited.
Language Use
Shaiya Project X is an international server. The following public chats must be in English only:
- Trade Chat
- Raid Chat (During events only)
- Area Chat
Other languages are welcome in PMs, party, and guild chats.
Character Names & Usernames
Names that imitate staff roles (e.g. NosaGM, GSName) or contain offensive content will be changed. Repeated violations may lead to further penalties.
Adult Content
This is a family-friendly server. Sharing NSFW content, messages, or links will result in immediate suspension.
General Conduct (In-game, Discord, Forums)
- Spamming/flooding chat is not allowed.
- Do not insult the Shaiya Project X team or community.
- Sharing another player’s personal info is forbidden.
- Public trash talk against the server or community is not permitted.
Game Rules
Hacking & Exploits
Using third-party software, altering data, or exploiting bugs is strictly forbidden.
Real Money Trading (RMT)
Trading in-game items for real currency or assets from other servers is prohibited, including discussions about such trades.
Scamming
Scams are not guaranteed to be reversible, but confirmed incidents may result in staff intervention. Large trades may be monitored upon request.
Bots & Macros
Automated tools are not allowed. Players must respond when contacted by staff in-game.
Bug Abuse
Using game bugs for personal advantage is prohibited. Please report bugs immediately.
Stat Padding
Farming kills through repeated, intentional deaths (stat padding) is not allowed.
Boss & Mini-Boss Raids
Bosses must be announced in Trade Chat.
Raids must be open (auto-join).
Kicking is allowed only for valid reasons (e.g. AFK).
Raids can only be closed when the boss is under 30% HP.
Loot must be set to group/team order.
Only one raid per boss is allowed; smaller raids must merge.
PvP Raids
PvP raids must remain open until 150 players join.
Players may be kicked only if unequipped, inactive, or ignoring raid leader commands (after warnings).
A second raid may form once the first one is full.
Spawn Killing & Safe Zones
Attacking players in their base or designated safe zones is not allowed. Safe zones start behind the furthest yellow-named guard.
Portal Camping
Attacking players while they are loading into a zone is forbidden.
Boss Hunts During GM Events
Boss hunts during active GM events are not allowed.
Event Cooperation Rule (Balancing System)
To ensure fair events, staff may temporarily assign players to the opposite faction.
- Volunteers are preferred.
- If none are available, staff will randomly select a player.
- All progress is preserved, and the switch only lasts for the event duration.
- This system helps maintain balance and improves gameplay for everyone.
